Estonian Paintball BigGame is the event of the year for Estonian paintballers. It is undoubtly the biggest battle in Estonia, it is held yearly in April and this year it is its 7th birthday. BigGame brings together all the paintball fans nationally and attracts guests from adjoining states, this year we are looking forward fighting with Fins, Sweds, Russians and Letts, any other brave nations to join? ;)

BATTLES

Battle I
YELLOW-RED team -
objective is to push the BLUE team, who has taken the defensive positions on the field, and light all the smokebombs (see the map below). The faster you fire the smokebombs, the more points you get!
BLUE team - objective is to defend the terriotory and protect the smokebombs to be fired.

Battle II
BLUE team - objective is to push the YELLOW-RED team, who has taken the defensive positions on the field, and light all the smokebombs (see the map below). The faster you fire the smokebombs, the more points you get!
YELLOW-RED team - objective is to defend the terriotory and protect the smokebombs to be fired.

Battle III
YELLOW-RED team - objective is to push the BLUE team, who has taken the defensive positions on the field, and light all the smokebombs (see the map below). The faster you fire the smokebombs, the more points you get!
SININE meeskond - objective is to defend the terriotory and protect the smokebombs to be fired.

Battle IV
BLUE team - objective is to push the YELLOW-RED team, who has taken the defensive positions on the field, and light all the smokebombs (see the map below). The faster you fire the smokebombs, the more points you get!

Paintballs
Paintballs used at the BigGame 2009 must all be bought from the organizer on the location.

Smoke grenades and bangers
All smoke grenades and bangers used at the BigGame 2009 must be bought from the organizer on the location.

HPA
HP air refills are available on the location, 3000PSI+
Players should come with bottle already filled to start the game. This will save lots of time and we will get started as planned. Players interested in refilling before the event, pls come no later than 9:30!
Players must make sure their tank is current on hydro, damaged tanks are not filled.

Chronograph
All marker must chrono 300fps or under. All players are expected to chrono before they start in the game and every time they are re-inserted into the game.

Insertions
"Dead" or other players leaving the field for whatever reason may enter the same game again through insertion points (- where you started at), which are scheduled every 10 minutes.

Shields
Teams may use defensive shields - every team may have up to total of 2 shields.
Shields will not be provided by the organizer, they are up to players to bring. Shield may be with maximum area of 1 square meter and may not have any shooting holes.

Field



Rules

1. Player number MUST be read by everyone at all times. It is your responsibility to maintain your player number throughout the event. Participants with no player number are eliminated.

2. Goggles MUST be worn at all times on playing field and in target/chrono areas. Goggles MUST be manufactured for use in paintball, having eye, face, and ear protection.

3. Barrel Covers/Plugs MUST be used at all times except when in playing field or target/chrono area. Cleaning of markers must be done in the target/chrono area (if you have to remove the barrel cover).

4. Under 3 meters a surrender option must be offered loud enough for the other player to hear and given time to respond.

5. All markers MUST chrono at 300 FPS or under. All fire mods allowed.

6. It is up to all players to make sure the paintball gun they are using complies with all the rules. Have them checked and set before you come to the event.

7. Markers may NOT be fired ANYPLACE except the playing field or target/chrono range. This means NO firing of markers anywhere in the staging or parking area for any reason. This includes No dry firing. 

8. HITS: You are out or hit when a paintball breaks and leaves a mark with a diameter of 1cm or larger anywhere on your person or equipment you are carrying (gun, hopper, tank, goggles, etc). Continuous splatter hits will count as a hit if larger than a diameter of 1cm. Wiping paint will be penalized.

9. Once you decide to leave the playing area or call yourself out (for whatever reason) you are out and may not return till the next insertion.

10. WHEN HIT. Raise marker all the way above head. YELL Hit, Out, or Dead 2 –3 times. Put barrel cover on and leave the field by the most direct route. Continue to keep your gun up over your head and YELLING hit, out, or dead as you exit the field. Expect to be hit if you are not doing all of the above items and/or you walk through an area with heavy gunfire.

11. "Dead" men don’t talk.

12. Tools for marking teams in identification colours will be provided and must be used and seen in plain view at all times.

13. Camouflage may be any pattern or solid color as long as those colors are not the same as the team colors or judges colors (Yellow, Red, White, Orange and Blue).

14. Unsportsmanlike like conduct, cheating, physical contact, violation of any rule, will not be tolerated.

15. All judges and referees have the right to refuse admission to or expel anyone from the property and game for any reason without a refund at anytime.

16. All judges and referees direction will be followed. Players are here to play; refs are here to ref. The rules are for the safety of everyone. Do not argue with the judges or referees. The judges and referees are there for your safety and will not be mistreated. All referees and judges will be wearing numbered id cards, if you have a problem with one, get the number and talk to the game master (red staff tent with a writing "Adrenaliin.ee").

17. Do not shoot at people, who are not playing (people with camera, camcorder, etc), staff, or judges.

18. Alert an official (judge, referee or game muster) of any dangers on or off the playing field.

19. No alcoholic beverages nor drunk players our allowed at the event.

20. Players are obligated to move carefully and consider the peculiarity (material waste, pot-holes, bunkers, nails etc) of the playing field.

21.Only registered shields may be used at the event. Each team could only have maximum of 2 shields.

22. Organizer is not responsible for the physical, economical or mental damage caused during the event.
